Absente Energizer 1 1/2 oz Absente® absinthe liquor Rock Star® energy drink Pour over ice in a highball glass. Stir and enjoy. Absolut Easy Breeze 1 1/2 oz Absolut® Ruby Red vodka Cranberry juice to balance Pour ingredients into an ice-filled highball glass. Stir and garnish with a lime wedge Absolut Sex 3/4 oz Absolut® Kurant vodka 3/4 oz Midori® melon liqueur 1 oz cranberry juice 1 splash lemon-lime soda Shake Absolut Kurant, Midori, and Cranberry juice in shaker with ice. Strain into a rocks glass and top with soda. Alamo Splash 1 1/2 oz tequila 1 oz orange juice 1/2 oz pineapple juice 1 splash lemon-lime soda Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Angela's Cantaloupe Martini 1 oz Absolut® Mandrin vodka 2 oz watermelon liqueur 2 oz orange juice Combine all ingredients in an ice filled shaker. Shake shake shake! Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Also tasty over ice. Apple Pie Margarita 1 oz white tequila 1 oz DeKuyper® Sour Apple Pucker schnapps 1 1/2 oz apple juice 1 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix cinnamon sugar Rim a margarita glass with the cinnamon sugar and fill halfway with ice. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into glass. Yummy! Aquatini 2 oz Absolut® Citron vodka 1 oz blue curacao liqueur 1 splash sweet and sour mix Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon slice. Bad Habit 1 oz vodka 1 oz peach schnapps cranberry juice to balance Build over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a cherry. Yumm! Bahia Breeze 1 1/2 oz 1800® silver tequila 4 oz pineapple juice 1 1/2 oz cranberry juice Build, in order, in a highball glass over ice. Garnish with a wedge of lime, and serve. Banana Rhum Cream 2 oz Rhum Barbancourt® 1 oz creme de banane 1 oz light cream 1 cup cracked ice 1/2 cup sliced banana Pour into blender container and blend on high speed until frothy. Pour into your favorite tiki mug and garnish with shaved chocolate and maraschino cherries. Barney on Acid 1 oz Jagermeister® herbal liqueur 1/2 oz blue curacao 1 splash cranberry juice Shake with ice and strain into a shot glass. Bend Me Over 1 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur 1 oz sour mix orange juice to balance Build over ice in a highball glass. Stir & serve. Berry Switzer 1 1/2 oz Stoli® Blueberi splash of cranberry club soda to balance Build over ice in a double old-fashioned glass. Stir gently and serve. Blue American 1 ¼ OZ Absolut® Raspberi vodka ½ OZ blue curacao splash sour splash sprite Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a rocks glass. Thanks to Carrie White for this yummy recipe! Blue-Eyed Blonde 1/3 oz Bailey's® Irish cream 1/3 oz white creme de cacao 1/3 oz blue curacao liqueur Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake Shake Shake! Strain into a cocktail glass.  Blue Motorcycle 3/4 oz gin 3/4 oz vodka 3/4 oz rum 1/2 oz blue curacao 1/4 oz sour mix Sprite ® to balance In a hurricane or pint glass, pour in all ingredients. Box with a shaker and serve. Garnish with an orange wedge. Boxing is a bartending term meaning pour the drink from mixing glass to shaker a couple of times to blend the ingredients. Bartenders use the boxing method when preparing drinks using carbonated mixers. To cover a carbonated drink with a top and shake can get a bit messy! Blue Pearl 1.5 oz Absolut® Kurant 3/4 oz blue curacao 1 dash Lemon Juice Lemon-lime Soda Lemon Pour Absolut® Kurant and curacao into an ice-filled highball glass. Top up with soda. Garnish with the lemon. Blue Whale 1 oz rum ½ oz blue curacao Pineapple Juice Build over ice in a highball glass, balancing with pineapple juice. Blue-Woo 1/2 oz vodka 1/2 oz blueberry schnapps balance with cranberry juice Pour over ice in a highball glass. Stir & serve. Can also be shaken and strained as a shot using a splash of cranberry. Bonecrusher A group of customers requested this recipe two summers ago. They still like to order it when they are feeling frisky. They claim I am the only one in the area that knows how to make it. 1/2 oz gin 1/2 oz vodka 1/2 oz triple sec 1/2 oz rum 1/4 oz grenadine syrup 1/4 lime juice 2 oz sweet and sour mix 1 oz Champagne Combine all ingredients (except Champagne) in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into a tall glass, preferably a pint glass or large brandy snifter with ice, and float the champagne on top with a squeeze of lemon. Serve. Brass Monkey 3/4 oz rum 3/4 oz vodka OJ to balance An ultra easy cocktail, I only include it because I love the Beastie Boys. Cable Car 1 1/2 oz Captain Morgan® spiced rum 3/4 oz Cointreu® orange liqueur 1 1/2 oz sour mix Shake with ice and strain into a cinnamon-sugar rimmed cocktail glass. Cafe Caribbean 3/4 oz white rum 3/4 oz amaretto 1 tsp sugar coffee to balance whipped cream (optional) Pour liquors, sugar, and coffee into a mug or coffee glass. Top with whipped cream if desired. Cajun Comforter 1 1/2 oz Southern Comfort 1/2 oz Old Grandad bourbon whiskey Dash Tabasco sauce Pour Southern Comfort and bourbon over ice in an old-fashioned glass. Add a dash of Tabasco (or your choice of hot sauce). If you're feeling friskaaay, garnish with a jumbo shrimp! Caribbean Dream 1 oz light rum 1 oz peach schnapps splash of grenadine Orange juice to balance Build over ice in a highball glass. Stir and serve. Carrie's Undercurrent 1 1/2 oz vodka 1 1/2 oz blue curacao 1/2 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur or creme de cassis Splash sour mix Shake the vodka, curacao, and sour mix with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Sink the Chambord (or cassis), creating a dark layer under an ocean blue layer. Thanks Carrie! Catalina Margarita 1 1/4 oz tequila 1 oz peach schnapps 1 oz blue curacao 4 oz sour mix Pre-chill an unsalted margarita glass with ice. Pour all ingredients into an ice-filled shaker. Shake shake shake! Pour into the prepared glass. Anytime I use blue curacao, I like to garnish with an orange wedge. This is a favorite of Emily Granger, owner of Bahama Mama's in Flagler Beach. Charleston Cooler 1 1/2 oz vodka 3/4 oz amaretto Sour Mix Ginger-ale In a tall glass filled with ice, pour vodka and amaretto. Top up with equal parts ginger-ale and sour mix. Drop in a cherry if desired. This recipe was shared with me by a customer, John Noble. Chelsea's Tipsy Turtle 1/2 oz vodka 3/4 oz light rum 3/4 oz dark rum 1 1/2 oz Malibu ®coconut rum 1/2 oz creme de banane splash grenadine pineapple juice orange juice Fill a hurricane or pint beer glass with ice. Build drink over ice, finishing with equal parts of the juices. Pour into a shaker and shake, shake, shake! Garnish with an orange slice and a flagged cherry. Read the story of the Tipsy Turtle here. Chocolate Cake 3/4 oz Absolut Citron® vodka 3/4 oz Frangelico® hazelnut liqueur lemon wedge sugar Pour liquors into a shaker half filled with ice and shake to chill. Strain into a rocks or cocktail glass. Garnish with a sugar dipped lemon wedge. The protocol is "suck it and shoot it". Cool Caribbean Breeze I named this, but can't take credit for the recipe. I'm sure it's been done before. One of my fave drinks to order. 1 1/2 oz light rum 1 oz cranberry juice splash of 7-Up pineapple juice Build first three ingredients over ice. Fill with pineapple juice. Enjoy! Dirty RedHeaded Slut 1 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur 1 oz Crown Royal 1 oz Southern Comfort Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass Erin's Montego Bay Originally created as a mocktail for my friend Erin. To make the "virgin" recipe, just take away the vodka and add more ice. 1 1/2 oz vodka (I have made this with rum and it's still tasty) 2 oz orange juice 2 oz sour mix 1 splash of grenadine club soda In a Collins glass half-filled with ice, pour all ingredients except for the soda. Shake well, then top with the soda. The result will be a nice layered effect with the soda on top. To go one step further, stir the drink instead of shaking. Top with club soda and you will see three gradual layers. Fishbone 1 oz Malibu® coconut rum 1 oz blue curacao liqueur 1 oz Midori® melon liqueur 2 oz orange juice 2 oz sweet and sour mix 1 oz 7-Up® Fill hurricane glass with ice, add liquors, orange juice, and sour mix. Shake well. Add 7-up and serve. Flower Of Heaven 1 1/2 oz Bacardi light rum 1 oz creme de banane 1/2 oz Cointreau orange liqueur 1/4 oz lime juice Dash grenadine Blend with a small amount of ice. Serve in an oversized cocktail glass or coupette. Fuzzy Astronaut 1 1/2 oz vodka 3/4 oz peach schnapps Tang® orange drink to balance Build over ice in a Collins glass. Stir, sip and enjoy the shuttle launch! Georgia Tea 3/4 oz vodka 3/4 oz gin 3/4 oz light rum 3/4 oz peach schnapps pineapple juice orange juice Build over ice in a highball or hurricane glass. Pour liquors, then fill with equal parts OJ and pineapple juice. Shake and serve. Gingerbread Man 1/2 oz irish cream 1/2 oz Goldschlager 1/2 oz butterscotch schnapps 1/2 oz vodka Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks or shot glass. Hairy Navel 3/4 oz vodka 3/4 oz peach schnapps orange juice Build over ice in a highball glass. Orange juice to balance. Enjoy! Harvest Moon 2 oz Tequila 1 oz Triple sec Orange juice Pineapple juice 2 tsp Grenadine Pour all but grenadine into an ice-filled Collins glass (or pint glass), using equal parts of both juices. Slowly stir in the grenadine. Enjoy! Hawaiian Breeze 1 1/2 oz vodka Pineapple Juice Apple juice Build over ice in a highball glass, using equal parts pineapple and apple juice. Stir and enjoy. Hawaiian Cosmo 2 oz vodka 1 oz apple juice 1 oz pineapple juice 1/2 oz lime juice Chill a cocktail glass. Pour vodka and juices into a shaker with ice. Strain into the glass and enjoy. Garnish with a pineapple wedge or wheel if desired. Heather's Florida Frolic 1 1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum 1 oz Absolut® Citron vodka Pineapple Juice to balance whipped cream maraschino cherries Pour rum, vodka, and pineapple juice into an ice-filled pint glass. Hedonism 2 oz Absolut® Pears vodka 2 oz apple juice 1 oz lime juice mint for garnish Fill a highball glass with ice. In a shaker half-filled with ice, pour vodka & juices. Give it a good shake and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint. High Quality H2O 1 1/4oz Malibu® Passion Fruit rum 1 1/4oz Absolut® raspberi vodka lemonade Build over ice in a collins glass, balancing liquors with lemonade. Stir and quote Bobby Boucher: "Now that's some high quality H2O". Holidaze 1 1/2 oz gin 1/2 oz peach schnapps 1 oz orange juice Club Soda to balance Shake gin, schnapps, and orange juice with cracked ice. Strain into an iced old-fashioned glass Top with club soda & garnish with an orange wheel. Enjoy! Hot Apple Pie 1 1/4 oz. apple schnapps 1 1/4 oz. cinnamon schnapps Orange slice Pour apple and cinnamon schnapps into a chilled cocktail glass with cracked ice Stir gently and garnish with orange slice Hot Georgia Peach 1/2 oz Hot Damn cinnamon schnapps 1/2 oz peach schnapps Chill and pour into a shot glass. Serve. Hpnotiq Slice 1 1/2 oz Hpnotiq® liqueur Sprite® lemon-lime soda In a highball glass filled with ice, pour in Hpnotiq, balancing with Sprite. Simple yet delicious. Garnish with a lemon & lime wedge. Jamaican Fizz 2 oz dark rum 1 oz pineapple juice 1 tsp sugar 1 cup crushed ice club soda to balance Shake rum, pineapple juice, and sugar in a shaker with half the ice. Strain into a glass over the remaining ice. Add soda and stir. Garnish with an ice wedge. Jamaican Me Crazy 1 oz silver rum 1 oz coconut rum 1 oz creme de banane equal parts pineapple & cranberry juices In a tall glass combine all ingredients, balancing with the fruit juices. Garnish with a cherry & orange slice. Enjoy! |
Jeannie's Giggle Box Prepared on the fly one Saturday night for a new customer who liked my "Tiki Kooler", but wanted something sweeter. About half way through this drink she began giggling uncontrollably, much to the amusement of her husband and me. 1 oz light rum 1 oz dark rum 1 oz Malibu ® coconut rum 1 tsp granulated sugar 1/2 grenadine orange juice & pineapple juice to balance Build over ice in a hurricane or similar glass. Shake shake shake! Listen to Jeannie giggle. Jellyfish 3/4 oz amaretto 3/4 oz light creme de cacao 1/2 oz irish cream grenadine Pour equal amounts of amaretto and creme de cacao into a cordial or port wine glass. Layer irish cream on top. Making the jellyfish: Using a beverage straw, drop grenadine through the irish cream. The grenadine will sink to the bottom, leaving trails of irish cream. These are the tentacles. Fun!  The Jellyfish Jenny's Banana Pudding 1 oz Bailey's® Irish Cream 1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur 1/2 oz creme de banane Shake with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass. A great dessert drink! Jim Beam Sour 1 1/2 oz Jim Beam© bourbon whiskey 1 oz lemon juice 1/2 tsp sugar Pour lemon juice and sugar into the bottom of an old-fashioned glass. Add bourbon and stir to dissolve sugar. Fill with ice and give a quick shake. Garnish with an orange or lemon slice and a cherry. Enjoy! Jim Beam Twist 2 oz Jim Beam® bourbon whiskey 1 oz blue curacao 1 oz orange juice 1 oz sour mix lemon-lime soda to balance Build over ice in a hurricane or other tall glass. Garnish with orange and lime wedges Kelly's Buttery Nipple 1 1/2 oz butterscotch schnapps 3/4 oz irish cream grenadine syrup (optional) Pour schnapps into a rocks glass. Layer the irish cream on top.  Kelly's Buttery Nipple Kori's Saturday Night Special 1 oz banana liqueur 1 oz Malibu coconut rum 1/2 oz dark rum vanilla ice cream Blend all ingredients until smooth. If it gets too thick, add some cream. Top with whipped cream and a cherry. Knock Me Down And "F" Me 1 oz vodka 1 oz melon liqueur 1/4 oz creme de banana pineapple juice cranberry juice In a highball or Collins glass, pour liquors over ice. Balance with equal parts of the juices. Garnish with a cherry. Landshark 3/4 oz light rum 3/4 oz spiced rum 1/2 oz dark rum 2 oz pineapple juice splash of Rose's lime juice or squeeze half lime Shake with ice and strain over ice into a highball glass. Garnish with lime wedge. Legspreader 1 1/4 oz Midori® melon liqueur 1 1/4 oz Malibu® coconut rum 2 splashes lemon-lime soda pineapple juice to balance Pour all ingredients over ice in a hurricane glass. Stir, and serve. Lindsey's Pama-Tini 1 oz Absolut® vodka 1/2 oz PAMA® pomegranate liqueur 1/4 oz Chambord® raspberry liqeur Lemon peel Prepare a cocktail glass by filling with ice and water. In a shaker or mixing glass half-filled with ice, combine all ingredients. Stir until thoroughly chilled, dump the cocktail glass, and strain into glass. Squeeze the lemon peel over the drink and drop it in. Enjoy! Lion Tamer 1 1/2 oz Southern Comfort® peach liqueur 1 tsp fresh lemon juice balance with lemon-lime soda Build over ice in a highball glass. Stir and serve. Liquid Panty Remover 3/4 oz Crown Royal 3/4 oz Midori melon liqueur Splash of pineapple juice Shake with ice and pour into a shot glass.OR Build over ice in your glass of choice, filling with pineapple juice. Loco Lemonade 1 1/2 oz gold tequila 1/4 oz grenadine lemonade Pour tequila and grenadine over ice in a highball glass. Balance with lemonade, stir, and squeeze in a lemon wedge. Enjoy! Lost In Space Martini 2 oz Absolut Citron 1 oz triple sec 1 oz Tang® orange drink Rim a cocktail glass with powdered Tang®. Shake ingredients in an ice filled shaker and strain into glass. Matador 1 1/2 oz tequila 3 oz pineapple juice 1 oz lime juice 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar Mix all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker or mixing glass. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. OR Build over ice in a highball glass. Melanie's S.O.S. Created 12/02/06 for Melanie, who came into my bar looking like she needed a little "pick me up". 1 1/2 oz vodka 2 oz cranberry 1 oz sour mix Build over ice in a highball glass. Stir gently and serve. Miami Sunset One of my favorites to drink! 1 1/2 oz bourbon whiskey 3/4 oz triple sec 1/4 oz grenadine 2 oz orange juice Combine bourbon, triple sec & OJ with ice. Stir. Sink grenadine. Enjoy! Oral Sex One The Beach 1 oz vodka 1 oz peach schnapps 1 oz blue curacao pineapple juice Combine all ingredients over ice in a hurricane glass. Shake and serve it up. Garnish with an orange wedge. Orange Mocha 1 1/4 oz Grand Marnier® 1 pkg. hot chocolate mix 6 oz. hot coffee Empty the package of chocolate mix into a mug and stir in the coffee. Add the Grand Marnier®. Stir. Palm Tree 1 oz Absolut® Ruby Red vodka 1 oz Parrot Bay® Mango flavored rum OJ to balance Pour all ingredients in a Collins glass filled with ice. Stir and enjoy! Pearl Diver 1 oz Malibu® coconut rum 1 oz Midori® melon liqueur 4 oz pineapple juice Build over ice in a highball glass. Cap with shaker and shake! Serve. *Can also be shaken and strained as a shot, using only a splash of pineapple juice. Pirate's Treasure 2 oz Captain Morgan ® spiced rum 1 1/2 oz Crown Royal ® Canadian whiskey Coca-Cola to balance Build over ice in a Collins glass. Red Raider 1 oz bourbon whiskey 1/2 oz triple sec 1 oz sour mix dash of grenadine Shake ingredients with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve. Rocket Fuel 3/4 oz 151-proof rum 1/2 oz vodka 1/2 oz blue curacao Pour ingredients, in order listed, into a shot glass or rocks glass. Serve. Sandee's Dirty Snatch A modification of my Tight Snatch recipe. Created for the founder of the Phlockers of Flagler County, and also a good friend, Sandee. 1/2 oz Bacardi® light rum 1/2 oz peach schnapps 1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum 1/4 oz Chambord® raspberry liqueur splash pineapple juice splash cranberry juice Combine all ingredients in an ice filled shaker. Shake and strain into a rocks or cocktail glass.  Sandee & her Dirty Snatch 1 1/2 oz Southern Comfort ® peach liqueur cranberry juice to balance squeeze of lime Build over ice, squeezing in the lime, in a highball glass. This is one of my favorites to drink. Screaming Nazi 1 oz Jagermeister® herbal liqueur 1 oz DeKuyper Hot Damn® cinnamon schnapps Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Enjoy! 7th Heaven 1 1/2 oz Parrot Bay® Mango flavored rum 7-UP® & club soda to balance Combine ingredients in an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with a cherry if desired. It can be made with just 7-UP, but I find it a little sweet. Sex With An Alligator 3/4 oz Midori melon liqueur 3/4 oz Malibu coconut rum 3/4 oz Jagermeister herbal liqueur 1/2 oz pineapple juice splash of Chambord raspberry liqueur or creme de cassis In an ice-filled shaker, combine Midori, Malibu and pineapple juice. Shake to chill and pour into a rocks glass. Sink a splash of Chambord to the bottom of the glass, then layer Jagermeister on top. Serve. Thanks to Carol for teaching me this shot!  Sex With An Alligator 2 oz Razzmatazz® raspberry schnapps 3 oz cranberry juice ginger-ale to balance Fill a tall glass with ice. Add schnapps and cranberry juice. Top with ginger-ale. Hear Melody say "Thank you Tiki". Realize again that you have a great job. Sloe Comfortable Screw 1/2 oz vodka 1/2 Southern Comfort ® peach liqueur 1/2 oz sloe gin orange juice to balance Build over ice in a highball glass. Stir & serve. Spiced Hot Tea 1 1/4 oz Captain Morgan® spiced rum 6 oz hot tea 1 cinnamon stick 1 tbsp honey Combine rum, tea, and cinnamon in a heated mug. Stir in honey. Garnish with an orange slice. Study Buddy 1 oz vodka 1/2 oz triple sec Rockstar® energy drink Fill a tumbler with ice. Add all ingredients,balancing with the energy drink. Guaranteed to keep you up. Suntanned Surfer Girl 2 oz Malibu coconut rum fill with pineapple juice splash of Coca-Cola Pour into an ice-filled old fashioned glass. Stir and serve.  Surfer On Acid 3/4 oz Jagermeister® herbal liqueur 1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum 1/2 oz pineapple juice Shake with ice, strain into a rocks glass, and serve as a shot. I used to have a red-haired friend that loved 'em on ice with a little bit more pineapple. Sweet Georgia Tea 1 oz vodka 1 oz gin 1 oz light rum 1 oz peach schnapps orange juice pineapple juice Pour liquors over ice in a tall or hurricane glass. Add equal parts of each juice, stir and enjoy! Tainted Love 2 oz Absolut® Ruby Red 1 oz Absolut® Peppar 1 oz Cranberry Juice Splash Lime Juice Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice and water. In a shaker half filled with ice, add all ingredients. Stir until the shaker becomes frosted. Discard ice and water from the glass. Strain mixture into the glass. Tight Snatch 1/2 oz Bacardi® light rum 1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum 1/2 oz peach schapps splash of pineapple splash of cranberry In a mixing glass half-filled with ice, pour all liquors. Learn the story of the Tiki Kooler at www.tikikooler.com 1 1/2 oz Pango® Rhum 3/4 oz Malibu® coconut rum 1/2 oz dark rum splash grenadine pineapple juice to balance Build over ice a hurricane or pint glass, reserving the dark rum. Place a shaker tin over the glass and shake. Top with dark rum. Garnish with an orange wedge and flagged cherry. A slice of fresh mango is a nice touch as well  Tracy's Sweet Peach 1 1/2 oz Southern Comfort® peach liqueur 1 oz triple sec Mountain Dew® citrus soda Pour all ingredients over ice in your favorite glass.
