a hurricane or pint glass by pouring the strawberry puree into the
bottom. Fill a blender with about 3/4 of a cocktail shaker of ice. Add

hurricane glass. You will notice the strawberry puree is "pulled" up
and into the drink, creating a cool effect. Top with whipped cream and

Tiki's Planter's Punch
Here is my take on
the Classic Planter's Punch. I must warn you. If you
order a Planter's Punch at most bars today (including the Golden Lion),
you will receive something similar in base, but muddied with a
consortium of juices. Pineapple is really the only acceptable juice to
be added, in my opinion.
2 oz Myers's® dark Jamaican rum
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1/2 lemon

dash Angostura bitters
