2 oz Absolut® Pears vodka
2 oz apple juice
1 oz lime juice
mint for garnish
Fill a highball glass with ice. In a shaker half-filled with ice, pour vodka & juices. Give it a good shake and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

As managing partner of The Humidor Cigar Bar & Lounge, I can be found there a lot. Typically, I am there Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday. Stop in for fine cigars, craft beer, premium ports, and a nice wine selection. All in a relaxed atmosphere at the picturesque European Village.
